New England Vintage Boat and Car Auction – Saturday, July 18
The annual NH Boat Museum Auction, which historically has had a number of classic boat gems in the mix, is coming up quickly. This year, the auction will be conducted online only on Saturday, July 18, 10 am. Entries may be previewed on the previous two days. This event usually brings out an eclectic mix of vintage craft –sail, rowing, and power. So, if you enjoy vintage boat viewing, purchasing and selling, be sure to get this event on your calendar. Wolfeboro Vintage Race Boat Regatta, September 12-14
The 11th Vintage Race Boat Regatta is coming up fast in Wolfeboro, NH. The biennial event, presented by the NH Boat Museum and sanctioned by the American Power Boat Association, will feature power race boats from the 1920s-1980s. The boats, organized into classes, will follow pre-set courses which are easy to view from the public docks. Event admission is free. If you’re into vintage race boats, this is an event you won’t want to miss.
