NH Boat Museum Auction

Every year the New Hampshire Boat Museum in Wolfeboro, NH hosts a Vintage & Classic Boat Auction on the second Saturday of July.  A wide variety of boats including, wooden, vintage, fiberglass, classic, canoes, sailboats, and kayaks will be up for auction.  I’ve attended the event a number of times over the years, and have seen classic wood boat brands such as: Chris Craft, Penn Yan, Garwood, Century, and Shepard for sale.  In addition to boats, a number of small camp-related items will up for auction. Conditions of all items range from excellent to good, with some being ready for immediate use, while others will make great projects.

All items are either consigned or donated to the museum.  There is a deadline for consignments and donations for the July 12th auction, so please contact the museum in advance at 603-569-4554 or museum@nhbm.org.  All donations are fully tax deductible and support the museum’s general operating costs.  The Vintage Boat Auction is the museum’s largest fundraiser of the year, and, if you like classic wood boats, it’s an event you won’t want to miss.
