Early Signs

It’s early March and a major snowstorm is forecasted to hit the area within the next few days. However, spring is right around the corner, as evidenced by the emergence of crocuses and boat supply sale flyers in the mailbox. Boaters are staring to query each other on spring projects and timetables, and service professionals are scrambling to finish up winter projects and start spring ones. Home-based outdoor DIY projects, influenced by wintry weather conditions, are still, largely, off the timing schedule, however, they’re starting to appear on the edge of many enthusiast’s mental radar screens. Winter is always a challenge for New England boaters; let’s count our blessings that spring is finally on its way.
