Ethanol Issue Growing

Earlier this week, the EPA finalized Renewable Fuel Standard (RFS) volume obligations for 2014, 2015, and 2016. An important part of the legislation called for more ethanol (E15) in the fuel during 2016. NMMA and other industry groups strongly oppose the increase in ethanol content which they feel will damage marine engines and void warranties.
