It’s been a long spring with the CV-19 pandemic, cold temps, and cloudy skies. And, right now, some time on the water would provide welcome relief. But, to avoid personally testing out the latest in hospital equipment, it’s important to follow current government guidelines. Some of the highlights are: immediate family crew members only; avoidance of rafting or close proximity beaching maneuvers; social distancing when launching, docking, fueling, etc.; and regular hand disinfection actions. This key subset of the overall body of guidelines is bound to impact your boating experience. However, if everyone subscribes to the new rules, it’s highly possible that we’ll be able to return to a more carefree experience in the near future.
