Boat Show on the Horizon
The New England Boat Show is coming up – February 15 – 19 at the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center. As usual, it will feature boats, engines and accessories from a broad range of manufacturers. This show will be a great opportunity to do comparison shopping and perhaps even get a special show deal. If you have the flexibility, consider attending during mid-week when the factory representatives have more time to talk. Hope to see you there.
Shows Ahead
Labor Day weekend, the unofficial start to Fall, is here. Around here, that signals the end of the boating season, which is always bad news. On the positive side, it also highlights the fact that the Newport International Boat Show is on the horizon. The largely in-water show, held from September 15-18 features a broad array of powerboats, sailboats, and accessories. Boat Shows
For many boaters, Fall is not the best of seasons; summer is over and winter is fast approaching. However, there is one bright spot, namely the Fall boat shows. A few of the larger, better-known, Fall shows are the Newport Boat Show in September; the U.S. Powerboat Show in Annapolis, MD from 10/15-10/18; and the Fort Lauderdale Boat Show in Fort Lauderdale, FL from 11/5-11/9.
