Four hundred years ago the Mayflower sailed from England to the New World. This year, another boat named Mayflower is going to follow the same route. However this 53-foot trimaran will be piloted by artificial intelligence (AI) instead of a captain and propelled by a hybrid propulsion system instead of sails.
