Education Time

It’s a cold, wet March day, definitely not a day to work on the boat. However, it might be a good day to research boating courses or seminars that you could participate in prior to spring launch. There are many local sources: the Harbormaster; the US Power Squadron; and the Yacht or Boat club. In addition, there is a plethora of courses offered online. Everyone can benefit from dusting off knowledge previously acquired or learning new information on areas from insurance to solar power. So, do a little exploring and find a place to get more education on your favorite topic, boating. Your efforts will surely be rewarded when the warmer weather rolls around in the not so distant future.
